Assistant Client Manager

DLIFE Interiors is looking for a Marketing Officer to join our sales and marketing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in sales, marketing, and the home interiors industry.

The primary responsibility will be to build and manage a network of referral partners (Silver Envoys) within the assigned branch area and generate enquiries for home interior projects.

This is not a direct sales role. The position focuses on partner acquisition, relationship building, networking, lead generation, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential referral partners within the assigned branch territory.
• Meet prospective partners through regular local field visits and introduce the DLIFE Silver Envoy Programme.
• Enrol suitable referral partners and develop long-term professional relationships with them.
• Generate qualified enquiries/leads for home interior projects through the referral network.
• Regularly follow up with existing referral partners to maintain engagement and improve lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of Silver Envoys and leads generated.
• Share regular reports with the Silver Envoy Manager and Branch Manager.
• Coordinate with the sales/client management team for effective lead handover and follow-up.
• Travel locally within approximately 30 km of the assigned branch for partner meetings and lead-generation activities.
• Learn the home interiors industry, sales process, products, and customer journey.
• Develop sales and client-management skills with the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Client Manager / Client Manager role.

Training & Career Development

The first 10 working days will include formal training and showroom visits to understand DLIFE Interiors, the home interiors industry, products, and the sales process.

From the 11th working day onwards, the Marketing Officer will begin field visits focused on Silver Envoy acquisition, relationship management, and lead generation.

This role provides a structured opportunity to develop into a successful Client Manager through hands-on experience and continuous learning.

Eligibility

• MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Tech (Civil) graduates.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience in any industry may also apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable with regular local travel and field work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
