Assistant Administration Manager

Experience:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
• Billing and Payments (Like Telephone bill, courier agency, security agency etc.
• Selection, Negotiation, and Vendor Development (PAN India empanelment for better services at lesser prices
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
• Travel & Accommodation. (Booking of flights and hotels)
• Visa Formalities (with all necessary Documents)
• Office infrastructure, repairs maintenance and housekeeping and catering, Security, Safety
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Taking care of all the requirements of housekeeping supplies and staff oration to well maintain the cleanliness of work place area.
• Managing all project related Documents, Drawings, Registers and Agreements (Compliance related).
• the development, implementation and maintenance of best practice specifically in the area of Recruitment and Selection

Requirements:

• Must be excellent in Spoken and Written English
• Proven experience as administration
• In-depth understanding ofoffice managementprocedures and departmental
• Familiarity with facilities management.
• Experience in Inventory Management, Maintenance Activities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Post Graduate in any field.
• Candidate experience more in Service Industry only.
