Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer based in Pune. The Senior Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content for various digital platforms. They will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing multimedia projects. The role also involves staying updated on the latest design trends and tools to continuously optimize creative output. Qualifications Proficiency in motion graphic design, video editing, and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and similar tools Strong skills in graphic design, illustration, and visual storytelling Understanding of color theory, typography, and design concepts for creating appealing visuals Experience in developing creative concepts and collaborating on multimedia projects with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines Knowledge of current design trends, innovations, and best practices Previous experience in a similar role, with a portfolio of completed projects Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
