We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to join our growing EdTech team. In this role, you will play a key part in increasing student enrollments by engaging with prospective learners, managing leads, and promoting our training programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the education and training landscape, and the ability to guide students toward suitable career pathways. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be on-site for two days a week. Key Responsibilities: Generate, qualify, and convert leads for various courses and training programs Conduct phone calls, virtual meetings, and counseling sessions with prospective students and parents Ensure consistent follow-ups to drive timely enrollments Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead status regularly Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and enhance lead quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Prior experience in sales, academic counseling, or admissions within the EdTech sector is preferred, freshers with a smart enthusiastic approach are welcome!
