Job Summary: Aspireon is seeking an experienced and motivated BIM Tutor (Civil) to join our growing training team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering, solid expertise in BIM software, and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring professionals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality training sessions in BIM (Building Information Modeling) to students and professionals. Design and develop course content, assignments, and assessments. Provide hands-on guidance with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc. Track student progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software updates. Support in curriculum development and enhancement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Postgraduate Degree or Certification in BIM (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in BIM training or working in a BIM-related role. Proficient in using major BIM software tools. Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Additional Skills: Ability to manage and engage a class effectively. Patience and a positive attitude toward teaching.
