We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team on a 1.5-year contractual basis . You will play a vital role in promoting our mission, expanding our reach, managing campaigns, and building strong stakeholder engagement—online and offline. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the trust’s initiatives and events Manage social media channels, content planning, and community engagement Create and distribute promotional materials, newsletters, and reports Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities to support ongoing projects Support fundraising initiatives and donor engagement strategies Coordinate media coverage, press releases, and visibility for events Work closely with program teams to align communication goals with project outcomes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the NGO/social sector Proficient in digital marketing, content creation, and social media tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinking and ability to work independently as well as in teams Passion for social impact and community development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: marketing preferably in the NGO/Social service: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
