Operations Manager Fertility Center Position Summary The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the fertility center to ensure seamless patient experience, operational efficiency, compliance with healthcare regulations, and alignment with the centers growth and quality objectives. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multidisciplinary teams in a sensitive and patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Management Oversee daily clinic operations including reception, patient scheduling, laboratory coordination, nursing, and support services. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and service quality. Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth workflows and minimize bottlenecks. 2. Patient Experience & Service Excellence Ensure a high standard of patient care, confidentiality, and emotional support throughout the fertility journey. Monitor patient feedback and implement service improvement initiatives. Resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. 3. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, statutory requirements, ART guidelines, and accreditation requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation as per legal and clinical protocols. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. 4. Financial & Resource Management Support budgeting and cost-control measures to achieve operational efficiency. Track operational KPIs, optimize resource utilization, and reduce wastage. Work with finance teams to manage billing processes and payment collections. 5. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and train administrative and operational staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centric work culture. Conduct performance reviews and address skill gaps through training programs. 6. Strategic Support Assist senior leadership in business development, marketing initiatives, and expansion planning. Provide operational insights to support decision-making and growth strategies. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. Masters preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of operations management experience in a healthcare setting (preferably IVF/fertility, womens health, or specialty clinics). Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, ART regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
