To achieve targeted Membership and Matching Equity. To arrange member approval and share the approved list of members to relevant Dept. To arrange for orientation/briefing field Team members Handling of member's query (in case of escalation). To supervise & monitor opening of member's bank account for direct payment in their account. Training module on SOPs and their implementation. To provide support in arranging trainings for various stakeholders. To facilitate creation of appropriate mechanism for a two-way communication between members and milk producer company. This may require formation and training of specific groups of members like-Village Contact Groups (VCG) at village level and Member Relation Groups (MRG) at Milk route level. To arrange and facilitate capacity building programmes for stakeholders To track and analyze milk procurement, members milk pouring trend, impact of various trainings/extension programmes for informed decision making. To monitor and review the achievement against the targets on regular basis. To assist Institution Building & Procurement -Head in identification, shortlisting and selection of manpower required. To coordinate with Institution Building & Procurement -Head in arrangements for the Annual General Meeting. To suggest measures for effective Governance of MPC Preferred candidate profile
