Job Title: STEM & Science Teacher Application Tester & Question Bank Reviewer (2-Month Contract) Location: Remote (India) Duration: 2 months Stipend: 25,000 per month About the Role Were seeking experienced CBSE teachers with a strong background in STEM—Science preferred—to help us refine and validate our educational platform. Over a 2-month contract, you will: Rigorously test our application’s STEM modules for functionality and pedagogy Review and enhance our internal STEM question bank (with an emphasis on Science subjects for Grades 9–12) Develop new, curriculum-aligned questions across varying difficulty levels Key Responsibilities Application Testing: Execute test scenarios for Science and other STEM features (question creation, interactive simulations, reporting dashboards) Log and track bugs or UX issues; verify fixes with the development team Question Bank Curation: Audit existing Science questions for CBSE compliance, clarity, and accuracy Edit and tag items with metadata (topic, difficulty level, marks, skill area) Question Creation: Craft new MCQs, short-answer, and problem-solving questions in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics Ensure a balanced mix of easy, medium, and hard items reflecting Bloom’s taxonomy Documentation & Feedback: Maintain detailed records of test results and content revisions Provide actionable recommendations to improve both app functionality and question quality Qualifications & Skills Teaching Experience: 3–5 years teaching CBSE STEM subjects, especially Science (Grades 8–12) Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with web applications and basic QA/testing tools Must have a reliable laptop and smartphone Content Expertise: Demonstrated skill in designing assessment questions at multiple difficulty levels Familiarity with Science curriculum standards and best practices in STEM pedagogy Organizational Skills: Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication Proven ability to manage concurrent review cycles and meet tight deadlines What We Offer A focused, 2-month engagement with clear deliverables 25,000/month stipend, paid promptly Fully remote, flexible schedule A chance to shape a cutting-edge EdTech solution for thousands of Science students
