Company: Asian Tiles Location: Amaseoni, Raipur, Chhattisgarh Job Title: Sales Coordinator About the Role Asian Tiles is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Coordinator with strong domain expertise in the tiles and construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding dealer networks, and supporting project requirements with precise product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Generate sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Raipur region. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and project clients. Provide technical guidance on tiles, pavers, blocks, and related products. Take accurate site measurements and support clients with product recommendations. Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels. Execute trade promotions, product demonstrations, and showroom assistance. Ensure timely collections, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. Required Qualifications Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing, B.Com, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years in Sales, preferred experience in- tiles, ceramics, pavers, blocks, or construction materials sales. Strong technical knowledge of tile measurements, applications, and industry products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; familiarity with ERP/CRM preferred. Should belong to and have prior experience in the tiles/construction industry.
