Job Title: Accounting Specialist Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Experience Required: 3–4 Years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Completed Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to manage financial operations, compliance, and investor-related activities across multiple entities including private limited companies and LLPs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance management, statutory compliance, and investor coordination, with a solid understanding of Indian and international financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Finance & Budget Management Maintain and update budgets; collaborate with stakeholders for cash flow planning. Prepare monthly MIS reports and update actuals. Process payments based on management approvals. Generate monthly invoices for group entities. Reconcile bank balances and ensure timely updates. Ensure compliance with Income Tax and FEMA regulations. Compliance & Taxation Handle GST filings: GSTR 1, 2B, 3B, Annual Returns, and RCM payments. Manage Income Tax returns, TDS payments, and advance tax calculations. Coordinate with auditors for quarterly and annual filings. Oversee transfer pricing and MCA-related filings (e.g., Financial Statements, Partner Addition Forms). LLP & Investor Coordination Calculate and process investor payouts. Coordinate with US SPV for interest payments and compliance. Verify investor agreements and KYC during onboarding. Address investor queries related to taxation and investments. Maintain investor data and prepare agreements with consultants. Ensure LLP expenses align with budget and suggest corrective actions. Bookkeeping & Record Maintenance Maintain accurate financial records for all entities. Record Forex gains/losses and accrued income. Ensure proper documentation and secretarial record keeping. Ad-hoc Compliance & Legal Support Handle FLA, APR, ODI submissions, and ROC filings. Coordinate with auditors and legal teams for entity incorporation, reconstitution, and strike-offs. Support legal proceedings and valuation reports for disinvestment. Maintain secretarial records and redraft MOAs as needed. Other Responsibilities Provide manual tax calculations and Form 16B for employees. Coordinate with admin teams and support personal expense tracking. Assist in loan documentation and onboarding orientation for new recruits. Skills & Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel. Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, FEMA, and MCA regulations. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple entities and stakeholders. Preferred Attributes: Experience working with LLPs and international entities. Exposure to investor relations and fund management. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
