Job Description: 1. Coordinating meetings and circulating Agenda and Minutes of meetings to all. 2. Taking printouts if required and replying to emails as per the instructions. 3. Ensure timely checking of invoices and sending the same to the respective people. 4. Seamlessly manage the Director's schedule, meetings, travel, and events end-to-end coordination, timely execution and proactive support 5. Handling credit cards and ensuring to get the tax invoices on time and submit the same to accounts dept. 6. Ensure all coordination work wrt site required by the HODs are executed on time and revert with feedback on the same (sheet maintained) 7. Ensure all coordination work wrt pre-possession and post-possession activities and issues are informed to Reporting Authority and taking timely follow ups along with record keeping the same. 8. Provide support for personal tasks or responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and discretion 9. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination for the Director, ensuring timely updates, professional correspondence, and confidential project oversight 10. Ensure organized documentation and efficient task management while adapting to changing priorities in the Director's office 11.
