Analyze student performance and provide personalized guidance to improve learning outcomes. Stay updated with syllabus changes, exam trends, and NTA guidelines. Mentor and motivate students to achieve top ranks in competitive exams. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Medicine, or Pure Sciences (IIT/NIT/AIIMS/Top Universities preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in IIT-JEE/NEET preparation (classroom or online). Deep knowledge of subject fundamentals and problem-solving techniques. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to use digital tools for online teaching and assessment.
