Job Description – Android Freelance Trainer Position: Android Freelance Trainer Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract Locations: PAN India Compensation: Up to ₹2,00,000 (Inclusive of TDS) Training Mode: Classroom Training Duration: 25-30 Days Role Overview We are seeking experienced Android Freelance Trainers to deliver an intensive, industry-aligned Android training program based on a structured 25-day corporate curriculum. The trainer will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, including theory, hands-on labs, assessments, and real-world project mentoring. Key Responsibilities - Deliver Android training covering fundamentals to advanced topics as per the defined TOC - Conduct hands-on coding sessions, demos, and guided labs - Train learners on Android SDK, Activities, Intents, Services, and App Lifecycle - Deliver Kotlin training, including core, advanced features, and coroutines - Explain MVVM and Clean Architecture concepts with real examples - Guide learners on REST API integration, Retrofit, and Firebase - Conduct debugging, logging, and performance analysis sessions - Deliver sessions on Jetpack Compose fundamentals - Mentor learners through end-to-end capstone projects - Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and evaluations - Provide code reviews and constructive feedback Curriculum Coverage Expectations • Android Fundamentals & Architecture • UI Development using XML • Activity Lifecycle, Intents, Permissions • App Packaging (APK/AAB) and Play Store concepts • Debugging, ADB, Logcat • Android Components (Services, Broadcast Receivers, Content Providers) • Kotlin Basics, Advanced Features & Coroutines • IPC, AIDL & Inter-process Communication • JNI & Native Libraries (Conceptual understanding) • Jetpack Compose – UI, State, Navigation • Firebase (Realtime DB, Storage, FCM) • Project Planning, Development & Final Evaluation Required Skills & Qualifications - 3+ years of hands-on Android development experience - Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java - Experience with Android Studio and SDK - Solid understanding of MVVM / Clean Architecture - Experience with REST APIs, Retrofit, Firebase - Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience preferred - Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly - Comfortable handling of classroom or corporate training environments Preferred Skills - Exposure to Jetpack Compose - Understanding of Android security basics - Experience delivering corporate or academic training - Ability to conduct mock interviews and assessments Commercials & Engagement Terms - Compensation up to ₹2,00,000 per annum (inclusive of TDS) - Payment based on batches/engagement duration - Freelance/contractual role (no payroll benefits) - Trainers may be assigned to multiple locations or batches Selection Process CV Shortlisting Technical Evaluation Trainer Demo Session Final HR Discussion Share Updated CV at contact@ascendarax.com
