Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP BIM Faculty located in Kozhikode. The faculty member will be responsible for designing and delivering lessons on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and BIM (Building Information Modeling). Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting hands-on practical sessions, guiding students through projects, and ensuring students gain industry-relevant skills. The faculty will also provide academic support and mentoring as needed. Qualifications Strong expertise in MEP, BIM, and industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Proficiency in technical education and the ability to deliver effective theoretical and practical lessons. Skills in project guidance, including hands-on knowledge in subjects like robotics or similar technologies. Excellent communication and mentoring skills to support and guide students in their learning journey. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields, with additional certifications in BIM or MEP being a plus. Prior experience in teaching or training roles is advantageous.
