Lead Technical Architect- B2C Start up
We are looking to hire for an early-stage startup operating in the mobile B2C domain. As our first in-house tech lead, we need someone who is enthusiastic about planning, building, and taking ownership across various areas including architecture, backend systems, mobile delivery, and AI integration. Your role will involve guiding the technical direction of our products, collaborating closely with product and psychology leadership, and overseeing offshore development and QA resources. This position is crucial in laying the foundation for individuals who excel in early-stage settings, enjoy solving real-world problems, and aspire to play a key role in shaping the evolution of our product and company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading architecture, backend systems, infrastructure, and mobile delivery. You will also play a pivotal role in launching and optimizing in-app purchases on both iOS and Android platforms, integrating OpenAI APIs into daily engagement and coaching experiences, extending and modularizing our existing Bubble-based MVP stack, managing offshore development and QA delivery, working collaboratively with product and psychology teams to ensure quick product releases, contributing to long-term technical planning, and participating in future hiring processes. To be considered for this position, we are seeking individuals with the following qualifications: - Proven experience in building and launching B2C mobile applications, with expertise in wellness, social, or productivity apps being advantageous - Strong skills in backend development and architecture, with a focus on modularity and scalability - Proficiency in working with hybrid stacks such as Bubble, Natively, React Native, Flutter, etc. - Familiarity with in-app purchase flows and mobile store guidelines - Passion for hands-on development, iteration, and problem-solving - Keen interest in AI, user experience design, and emerging technologies - Enthusiasm for influencing not only the product but also the team and culture we are establishing.,
