Through in Ready Mix Concrete Production, Quality, Products Mix , Etraction and Commission of the Ready Mix Concrete Plants. Excellent knowledge in Plant and Machinery In-depth knowledge in pouring and machinery used in pouring the RMC with assessment of site knowledge. Candidates need to concentrate more on Business Development, Sales and Marketing activities and explore new markets. To appoint and lead the sales team across all the locations and achieve sales targets To generate marketing leads and sales volume growth. To liaison with customers for bulk orders and execution of the same. Resolve customer issues and complaints Prepare policy for optimal transportation modes and routes. Demonstrate technical presentation to the customers Effective leadership, communication & interpersonal skill with strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Preferred candidate profile B.E / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical with15-20 years of experience in Core Ready Mix Concrete Overall Operations especially in Sales and Business Development activities. Telugu speaking is essential and willing to travel frequently.
