Job Title: Tele Caller (Male) Company: Aruna M Sand Location: Thiruneermalai, Chennai Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 Experience: Minimum 1 year Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and confident Male Tele Caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support overall sales activities. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers professionally. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound calls and address customer queries effectively. Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert prospects into customers. Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and customer details. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead updates and feedback. Required Qualifications: HSC / Diploma / Any Degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer support. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills in Tamil; basic English is preferred. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry, data update). Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Active listening and problem-solving capabilities. Candidate Specification: Male candidates only. Age: 18–35 years preferred. Should be punctual, disciplined, and self-motivated.
