Assist in organizing and filing important office and HR-related documents. Support general back-office tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Accounting & Operations Support: Assist the accountant in Purchase Order (PO) creation and invoice generation. Prepare and manage e-Way bills for transportation and logistics needs. Conduct payment follow-up calls/emails with clients for outstanding invoices. Maintain logs of POs, invoices issued, and payments received. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles. Basic understanding of accounting processes. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with Tally ERP software is a plus. Good communication skills and a polite phone manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
