Job Summary
TRAX Diagnostics is looking for a motivated and technically skilled AI & Digital Technology Executive to implement AI-based tools, automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support digital transformation across the organization.
The candidate will work with HR, administration, marketing, laboratory operations, and management teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement practical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Implementation and Automation
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated using AI tools.
- Implement AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Automate routine reporting, documentation, and data-processing tasks.
- Explore AI tools for workflow management and productivity improvement.
2. Business Process Automation
- Develop automated reports using Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar tools.
- Support automation of attendance reports, HR documentation, recruitment tracking, and operational reporting.
- Develop dashboards to monitor business performance and operational metrics.
- Integrate appropriate AI tools with existing business applications where technically feasible.
3. Digital Transformation
- Identify opportunities to improve existing digital workflows.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of software applications.
- Assist with database management, data organization, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand their technology requirements.
4. AI for Marketing and Business Development
- Explore AI tools for lead generation, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Support automated marketing reports and campaign performance analysis.
- Develop AI-assisted content and reporting workflows.
- Help sales and marketing teams improve productivity through appropriate digital tools.
5. Data Security and Quality
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and access controls.
- Follow company policies for handling sensitive business and patient information.
- Ensure that AI-generated outputs are reviewed for accuracy.
- Support appropriate testing and validation before implementing new solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in AI tools, automation, data analytics, or digital technology.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or a similar language.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integration is an advantage.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Generative AI tools and AI-assisted business applications.
- Python, SQL, and data processing.
- Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
- Workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate or n8n.
- API integration and basic software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology or laboratory information systems is an added advantage.
