Job Description: Artificial Intelligence Trainer – AI & Emerging Technologies
About the Role
Orange 2 Green is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Artificial Intelligence Trainer to deliver technical training programs to university students at institutions such as Osmania University, JNTU, and other educational institutions.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, programming, and emerging technologies. The role involves teaching students from both technical and non-technical backgrounds, making complex concepts easy to understand through interactive sessions, practical demonstrations, and hands-on projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies to university students.
- Teach students from technical and non-technical backgrounds, adapting the training approach to different levels of understanding.
- Conduct hands-on training in Python programming, AI fundamentals, machine learning concepts, and practical applications.
- Provide training in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++, based on the curriculum and training requirements.
- Introduce students to web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Teach database fundamentals, SQL queries, and data management concepts.
- Introduce cloud computing concepts and relevant real-world applications.
- Design lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
- Explain technical concepts using real-world examples, demonstrations, and interactive teaching methods.
- Guide students in developing mini-projects and applying their learning to practical problem-solving.
- Assess student progress through assignments, practical evaluations, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
- Encourage student participation, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with university representatives and the internal training team to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, student performance records, and other required documentation.
- Stay updated on developments in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
Required Technical Skills
- Artificial Intelligence: AI fundamentals, applications, and responsible use of AI tools.
- Machine Learning: Core ML concepts, basic algorithms, and practical applications.
- Programming: Python proficiency; knowledge of Java and C++.
- Web Development: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Database Management: SQL, database concepts, and basic data handling.
- Cloud Computing: Fundamental cloud concepts and applications.
- Practical Training: Ability to conduct coding exercises, demonstrations, and project-based learning sessions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in teaching, technical training, or delivering IT-related training programs.
- Candidates with experience training college or university students will be preferred.
- Relevant certifications or practical project experience in AI, ML, Python, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
Essential Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, understandable language.
- Patience and adaptability when teaching students with different learning levels.
- Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve training methods.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology and education, confident in delivering classroom training, and capable of engaging students from diverse academic backgrounds. The candidate should be comfortable conducting practical sessions, encouraging participation, and helping students develop foundational technical skills relevant to industry requirements.
