About Artha Digital Billboards Artha Digital Billboards is transforming out-of-home advertising through a network of digital screens placed in premium restaurants, cafés, gyms, and entertainment venues across Hyderabad. We deliver data-driven, high-impact content that helps brands engage audiences in real-world moments that matter. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our on-field sales operations and drive client acquisition. This role requires active engagement in the field Identifying business clients, visiting them in person, presenting our advertising solutions, and closing deals . You will also manage and mentor a team of field executives to achieve consistent revenue growth. Attractive performance-based incentives will be provided for meeting and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the on-field sales team. Personally visit restaurants, cafés, and advertisers to pitch and close deals. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business. Monitor team performance and report to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth campaign execution. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales or business development (media/advertising preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
