You will be joining our team as a Sales Assistant, where your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, assist in sales, maintain store appearance, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your duties will include greeting and assisting customers in a courteous manner, offering product information, helping customers find suitable products, restocking shelves, ensuring store cleanliness and organization, receiving and organizing new stock, handling customer complaints professionally, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets and store goals. It is essential to follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines in your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, and previous experience in retail or customer service would be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, proactive work approach, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as well as basic math and computer skills are necessary for this role.
