Job Description: Key Responsibilities : Inventory & Material Management: Managed stock of inward and outward materials. Implemented efficient systems for receiving, issuing, and tracking materials. Reduced material wastage by X% through better stock rotation and control. Operations & Supervision: Oversaw daily store operations, including dispatch planning for vehicles and materials. Maintained high standards of store organization, cleanliness, and safety. Technical & Safety Compliance: Ensured all activities complied with electrical safety regulations Performed regular checks on equipment and maintained accurate records for electrical assets. Handled minor troubleshooting and coordinated with maintenance teams for complex issues. Coordination & Reporting: Cooperate with procurement, project, and vendor teams for material requirements and delivery. Prepared daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock status, issues, and consumption. Managed documentation for material delivery, issues, and stock audits. Skills Required: Knowledge of electrical materials in assigned storeroom. Knowledge of basic buying and purchasing practices. Knowledge of inventory principles and practices. Knowledge of supervisory principles and practices. Skill in appropriate use of goods and materials in storeroom. Good Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and excellent internet/Email experience. Qualification: Any Graduate having stores experience.
