Role & responsibilities To oversee IT infrastructure, operations and security of the Hospital aligned with Artemis Hospital Gurugram IT framework. Preferred candidate profile Manage all IT infrastructure (Servers, Network, Security, end-user systems, Wi-Fi, PACS, EMR, HIS etc.) Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to support operations. Manage SLAs and ensure uptime as per business continuity requirements. Supervise IT staff and coordination with Corporate IT for integrations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage IT assets inventor, backup and Patch Managements Conduct user training on IT best practices and security awareness.
