Art Director - Lead (Pharma)

As an Art Director at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving and transforming creative and contemporary ideas into impactful designs for our global clients, including Fortune 50 companies. You will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of creative campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines. Your collaborative efforts with the New York team will be crucial in interpreting project requirements and maintaining creative alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the adaptation of layouts and implementation of design updates, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. - Lead a team of designers, providing clear direction, feedback, and support to maintain quality and efficiency. - Collaborate with the New York team to interpret project requirements and ensure creative alignment. - Troubleshoot design challenges, offering strategic solutions while maintaining brand integrity. - Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines. - Conduct final reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with client expectations. - Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred. - 8+ years of experience in design, with leadership experience preferred. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of Figma is a plus! - Advanced knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout. - Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between teams.
