We are seeking a creative and data-driven E-commerce Executive to strengthen our brands online presence and drive sales through digital platforms. The ideal candidate will create and manage social media content, run ad campaigns, coordinate product listings, and optimize digital performance across key platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the company’s e-commerce portal. Key Responsibilities: A. Social Media Management Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar aligned with marketing goals. Create, publish, and manage daily content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Maintain a consistent brand tone, voice, and visual identity across channels. Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build a strong online community. Monitor competitor activity and trends to keep content strategy relevant. B. Content Creation & Design Coordination Conceptualize engaging visual and video content to promote products, offers, and campaigns. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for product shoots and creatives. Write clear, compelling captions and ad copy tailored for each platform. Plan and execute Reels and short-format videos leveraging trending audio and ideas. Maintain an internal content library (images, videos, copy). C. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads) Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube, and LinkedIn. Set campaign objectives (awareness, engagement, conversions) and manage daily budgets. Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance for higher ROI. D. E-commerce Operations Support Assist in managing product listings on the website / marketplace (titles, images, descriptions, pricing). Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches and campaigns. Monitor online sales trends and assist in promotional planning. Support customer engagement and lead generation initiatives through social media. E. Analytics, Reporting & Strategy Track weekly and monthly performance reports for social media and ad campaigns. Analyze engagement rates, reach, conversions, and sales impact from digital efforts. Suggest data-driven improvements in content, ad targeting, and posting frequency. Share insights on audience behavior and platform performance with management. F. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to align digital marketing with business goals. Liaise with external agencies, influencers, and digital partners as required. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns and new ideas. Good to Have (Preferred Skills): Basic to intermediate video editing skills Understanding of Instagram Reels trends and analytics. Experience with influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central.
