Please Note : Only for Freshers Job Location- Chinchpokli Mumbai Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data with high accuracy and speed Ensure data consistency, correctness, and completeness across databases Perform data verification, cleaning, and reconciliation activities Prepare reports, MIS, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel Handle confidential and sensitive information securely Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies Maintain proper documentation and data records Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Typing speed: Minimum 60 WPM with high accuracy Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge , including: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts Advanced formulas (IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, INDEX-MATCH) Data Validation & Conditional Formatting Excel dashboards and reports Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Good knowledge of MS Word and basic computer applications Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline Key Competencies High accuracy and speed Analytical and problem-solving skills Time management and multitasking ability Confidentiality and professional ethics
