Role Overview Responsible for daily office administration, basic IT support, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth operations across office locations. Key Responsibilities Manage office setup, asset inventory, drawers/cabinets, and hardware placement. Handle the biometric attendance system. Maintain office expenses, POs, vendor invoices, and bank statement uploads. Update and coordinate with vendors. Provide basic IT support: software access, antivirus, user permissions, and troubleshooting etc. Manage credentials and domain/website logins. Maintain contact lists for support teams and service providers. Assist with Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and connectivity issues at all branches. Issue ID cards. Support onboarding/offboarding: asset issue/collection and inventory updates. Undertaking additional duties assigned by management. Required Skills Graduate/Diploma in IT or Administration. 1–3 years of admin/IT experience preferred. Basic networking & hardware knowledge. Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
