Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in the Greater Chennai Area. The primary responsibilities include contacting prospective individuals, providing detailed information about aviation training courses, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Telecaller will maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow up to ensure engagement, and contribute to achieving organizational goals through effective communication and customer support. ✔️Good communication in English mandatory. ✔️Can communicate in Tamil also. ✔️Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead generation. ✔️Lead Generation process. ✔️Outbound Tele calling exposure is must. ✔️Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about courses and based on their interest, ask them to walkin to institute or register online for course and training. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, including clear and professional phone etiquette, and the ability to engage with potential students effectively. Strong organizational abilities, including maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Proficiency in customer service and the ability to build positive relationships with clients. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software and data entry tools. Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous, as well as prior experience in the aviation or customer service industry. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
