Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Packing Operations at Aristo Pharmaceutical Private Limited, located in East Sikkim. The role includes overseeing daily packing processes and meeting production targets. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing packing activities, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves supervision of inventory, machinery maintenance, and training staff as necessary. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in packing processes, operations, and production management Skills in quality control, documentation, and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical or manufacturing settings Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage a team efficiently Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment A degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field is required Prior experience in packing operations or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
