Role & responsibilities Sales Support Assist in generating leads and identifying potential customers (domestic & international) Support senior sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts Follow up with customers for enquiries, samples, and orders Maintain customer database and sales records Marketing Activities Conduct market research on mining products, competitors, and pricing trends Assist in preparing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, product profiles) Support digital marketing activities (website updates, LinkedIn, email campaigns) Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings Preferred candidate profile Skills & Competencies Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel to mine sites and customer locations Strong learning attitude and team collaboration Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
