Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dentist at Arihant Smile Dental Clinic, located in Ahmedabad. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing a wide range of procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic treatments. Additional responsibilities include educating patients about oral health, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with other dental professionals to ensure quality care. The role may also involve specialized procedures such as implants, laser-assisted surgeries, and pediatric dentistry. Qualifications Expertise in general dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care. Proficiency in cosmetic dentistry, smile designing, veneers, laminates, and teeth whitening. Experience in advanced techniques such as dental implants, sinus lifts, laser dentistry, and guided bone regeneration. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry and the ability to manage dental care for children and teenagers. Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients about oral health and treatment plans. Empathy and attention to detail to provide patient-centered care, including for individuals with specific medical conditions (e.g., cardiac or diabetic patients). A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS/MDS) or equivalent professional qualification, with valid licensure to practice. Prior work experience in dentistry, with exposure to diverse clinical cases, is preferred but not mandatory.
