The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying quality issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring products meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct in-process and final product quality inspections. · Ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering drawings, and specifications. · Identify non-conformities and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). · Provide valuable quality improvement suggestions to the production team. · Maintain documentation related to quality checks, inspection reports, and deviations. · Collaborate with the production and engineering teams for root cause analysis. · Develop, implement, and revise QA procedures and policies. · Ensure calibration and proper use of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.). · Participate in internal audits, customer inspections, and third-party quality assessments. · Monitor material traceability, defect tracking, and reporting.
