Website activities, Driving traffic to our website, conversion, and retention in collaboration with performance marketing teams, and E-commerce partners. Ad strategies, ad campaigns and shoots for Ads for social media as well as E-comm platforms To develop, implement and execute integrated sales and marketing plans within D2C channels, designed to maximize performance against the strategic plan, as well as sales and financial measures. To attract new customers; and retain and increase the value of existing customers, through innovative and co-ordinated marketing campaigns. Measure and optimize marketing activity to increase ROI. Manage and monitor the marketing budget Manage, support and develop the Marketing Executives to deliver highly effective marketing campaign support and delivery of objectives COMPENSATION range Approx. 45 - 50k per month Education Minimum Bachelors Degree, Mass Media or MBA- Marketing preferred Experience Minimum of 4 - 6 years with 2 years in the Pharma/Wellness industry would be an added advantage Desired profile: Strong knowledge of retail marketing, digital marketing, and online to offline platforms, as well as event production and management; Content writing and content creation for social media planning Must be conversant in project management, budgeting, and have analytical skills for Meta, Ecomm and Google platforms; Experience in briefing and managing creative staff as well as agencies for creating engaging Marketing content, media campaigns etc. Must be able to take lead and coordinate with the performance marketing agencies as well as UGC agencies Experience in managing external agencies and vendors, as well as leading and developing teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Strong copywriting and proof reading skills Ability to think creatively and innovatively for ad strategy Experience in developing marketing plans for new product launches
