Area Sales Manager in FMCG

Role & Responsibilities:

• Appointing and managing

  Super Stockists (SS)

  and

  Distributors

  in assigned territories

• Onboarding kirana shops onto the NAMASTHE App

  and ensuring active usage
• Driving

  very high incentive-based payment collections

  from kirana shops through the app
• Maintaining and increasing sales of the companys products
  
• Achieving sales targets and goals set for the assigned area
  
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding a strong customer base
  
• Servicing and strengthening relationships with existing customers
  
• Increasing business opportunities through multiple routes to market
  
• Setting sales targets for individual sales representatives and teams
  
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff
  
• Allocating territories to sales representatives effectively
  
• Developing sales strategies and executing market expansion plans
  
• Monitoring team performance and motivating them to exceed targets
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• ONLY FMCG candidates can apply

• Experience in FMCG sales, distribution, and channel management
• Strong exposure to

  SS, distributor appointment, and kirana handling

• Comfortable working with

  targets, incentives, and field execution

• Experience with

  app-based ordering or digital FMCG platforms

  will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
