Area Manager Credit - Internal Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve regional sales targets by effectively engaging with and maximizing the potential of targeted customer segments within the designated area.
• Meet revenue targets by driving the performance of Sales Officers and Cluster Managers, ensuring strict adherence to the sales process, including productivity, yield, market share, and compliance with credit policies.
• Ensure a consistent track record of NIL overdue payments month on month, addressing any exceptions and implementing corrective actions based on Early Warning Signals (EWS).
• Control operating expenses to ensure they stay within the approved budget for the region.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• LAP/ Housing Finance: 10 years (Required)
