Job Title : Area Manager - Compost Division Experience required : 5+ years in compost, Agri-inputs, or bio-fertilizer sector Salary range : Upto 6 LPA Qualification: Bachelor's in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agribusiness (MBA preferred) Work type : Onsite, WFO, Full- time Location : Delhi, Chandigarh, Haryana , Punjab Main Requirements for this profile : 1. Experience in Compost Division for 5 years plus. 2. Qualification in Nursery. 3. Should be comfortable with the locations mentioned, and willing to travel as well. We’re Hiring: Area Manager – Compost Division Locations: Delhi | Chandigarh | Haryana | Punjab In this role, you’ll: Drive compost sales across stores, nurseries, and field teams Engage directly with farmers and promote organic solutions Build and support a strong dealer and distributor network Oversee store operations, merchandising, and compliance Collaborate with production and purchase teams for real-time demand fulfilment Lead market research and area-specific growth initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agribusiness (MBA preferred) A degree in nursery is Mandatory. 5+ years in compost, agri-inputs, or bio-fertilizer sector Strong rural marketing and farmer engagement experience Leadership, communication, and territory management skills Willingness to travel extensively.
