Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collection and recovery activities for LAP and Vehicle Loan portfolios.
• Coordinate with external collection agencies for overdue follow-ups and recovery.
• Monitor daily collection performance, overdue accounts, and DPD buckets.
• Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets and reduction in overdue outstanding.
• Manage and monitor collection executives, field teams, and agency performance.
• Follow up on high-risk, chronic overdue, and NPA accounts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS and performance reports.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and business teams for resolution of stressed accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, and fair collection practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• 5–10 years of experience in collections and recovery in an NBFC or banking sector.
• Experience in LAP and Vehicle Loan collections preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OD follow-ups, delinquency management, and recovery processes.
• Experience in handling collection agencies and field collection teams.
• Good communication, negotiation, team management, and MIS reporting skills.

• Reduction in overdue outstanding and delinquency.
• Collection agency performance and recovery efficiency.
• Control of NPA and improvement in portfolio quality.
• Timely reporting and compliance with collection policies.
