Key Responsibilities:

• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and stockists.
• Achieve sales targets and drive primary and secondary sales.
• Manage and expand the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and trade partners.
• Ensure product availability and effective market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
• Support and guide Medical Representatives to improve sales performance.
• Prepare sales reports and implement business development strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales; ABM-level experience preferred.
• Experience in the General / Anti-Cold segment will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary:

  Up to 40,000 to 45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
