Job Description 1. Video Editing and Motion Graphics • Edit internal training, onboarding, and event videos using Adobe Premiere Pro. • Create motion graphic assets, intros, transitions, and animations using Adobe After Effects. • Align video content with internal branding and visual identity standards. 2. Storyboarding and Scripting • Collaborate with content owners to create simple storyboards for learning or event videos. • Assist in refining scripts for podcasts, learning videos, and interviews. 3. Content Editing and Formatting • Edit and format learning decks, event materials, and communications for clarity and visual appeal. • Proofread and polish internal communication content, emails, and captions. 4. Event & Campaign Support • Design visual content and teaser videos for internal campaigns such as hackathons, podcasts, and onboarding programs. • Support real-time or pre-recorded editing needs for events or orientation sessions. 5. Tools & Skills Utilized • Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and basic Excel. • Develop creative storytelling, video editing, animation, and time management skills. 6. LMS Support & Data Collation • Upload learning content, assessments, and schedules to the LMS platform. • Manage basic user operations such as enrolments and tracking progress. • Collate learner data and feedback reports for analysis and documentation. 7. Learning Opportunity • Work closely with the L&D and communication teams to transform content into impactful visual experiences. • Get hands-on exposure to corporate branding, visual communication, and multimedia production
