Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our construction sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining construction services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and online platforms.
• Meet prospective clients and understand their construction requirements.
• Present the company's residential and commercial construction services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
• Attend site visits and client meetings when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Construction, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction services is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client meetings.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
