Architectural /Civil QA QC

Architectural QA/QC – Job Responsibilities1. Quality Planning & Standards

• Establish and implement QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, contract documents, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC plans, checklists, and method statements.

2. Drawing & Design Compliance

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify that all construction works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with design, structural, and MEP teams to resolve discrepancies.

Site Quality Control

• Conduct routine site inspections for architectural works such as:
• Masonry & plastering
• Flooring & wall finishes
• Joinery & carpentry
• False ceiling & partitions
• Painting & façade works
• Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Verify corrective and preventive actions.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of architectural construction & finishes
• Understanding of QA/QC systems and documentation
• Attention to detail & aesthetic sense
• Coordination and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
