Architectural CAD Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and modify detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Prepare technical drawings, plans, and layouts for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Develop high-quality, photo-realistic 3D visualizations and renderings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage documentation and organize project files efficiently.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
• Expertise in 3D visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Blender, or similar).
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
