Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare layout plans, test fit-out drawings, and space planning layouts for corporate office and co-working projects.
  • Execute quick and accurate design customizations based on internal and client requirements.
  • Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings including furniture layouts, partition layouts, and area optimization plans.
  • Ensure compliance with National Building Code (NBC), building regulations, and workplace standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to incorporate revisions efficiently.
  • Maintain high drafting speed and drawing accuracy under tight timelines.
  • Support documentation required for layout approvals.
