Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect Experience Range: 10 to 15 Years Hiring Location: Bengaluru Must-Have Skills: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Business Manager configuration and customizations JavaScript, Node.js, AngularJS, Bootstrap SFCC Scripting (ISML, Pipelines, Controllers) REST APIs, JSON, XML Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks Proven experience in leading and delivering complex engineering projects Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with SOAP APIs Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts and best practices Experience with software architecture and system design Leadership and mentoring experience Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline 12+ years of technical engineering experience Job Responsibilities: Lead, design, develop, and maintain solutions on the e-commerce platform Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and company standards Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Offer comprehensive system perspectives and design direction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient backend solutions Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Provide technical guidance and support to team members Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending their adoption where appropriate Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide technical insights Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives Lead efforts to continuously improve the engineering development lifecycle Work in an agile development environment, collaborating with onsite and remote teams Participate in client meetings or calls as needed
