Architect / Civil Engineer Faculty Role

As an Architect or Civil Engineer joining our team, you will be responsible for a dual role in teaching and project execution. Your enthusiasm for mentoring newcomers and contributing to real-time design and construction projects will be highly valued. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in design development and project planning, creating technical drawings, coordinating with on-site teams, managing documentation, collaborating with consultants, vendors, and execution teams, tracking project execution using management tools, as well as engaging in teaching, mentoring, and guiding beginners in architecture/civil engineering concepts. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Navisworks. Familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, and any rendering software would be advantageous. A strong understanding of site coordination, technical documentation, and workflow management is essential, with basic BIM knowledge being preferred. Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching are also key requirements. Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, offering a flexible schedule with day shifts from Monday to Friday, morning shifts, and availability on weekends.
