Compile project specifications.
Keep the plan within client requirements, budget and timelines.
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
If required drafting also need to be done.
Always aware of your work schedule and finish the work within the time schedule.
Follow architectural trends and advancements.
Ready to take OT, if it's an emergency work.
