Join us in crafting environments that transform everyday living and elevate human experiences. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor (Interior) located in Ghaziabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily activities on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, managing timelines, supervising workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for inspecting site conditions, resolving any issues that arise during construction, and reporting progress to project managers. Qualifications Construction and Site Supervision skills Project Management and Coordination skills Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance skills Communication and Problem-Solving skills Experience in interior design or architecture is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Proficiency in construction management software tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams Strong organizational and time management skills Show more Show less
