Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Telesales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, proven ability to close deals over calls, and experience handling high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate sales Engage with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable properties Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits clearly Schedule site visits / meetings with the sales team when required Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate telesales or inside sales Excellent spoken English communication (mandatory) Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to handle high-volume calling and qualified leads Customer-focused approach with a sales-driven mindset Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales Prior experience handling premium or high-value property leads Target-oriented with consistent closing performance What We Offer:Competitive salary + attractive incentives Growth opportunities in a fast-growing real estate firm Supportive sales and marketing ecosystem Professional work environment
